National Junior Honor Society

 

St. John the Evangelist Catholic School has started a chapter of the National Junior Honor Society. The National Junior Honor Society creates an organization that recognizes and encourages academic achievement among middle level students while also developing other characteristics essential to citizens in a democracy. These ideals of scholarship, character, service, citizenship, faith, and leadership are relevant to the successful person in today’s world. Through NJHS chapter service activities, members maintain and extend the qualities that won them selection. Membership is both an honor and a commitment.
